ONSITE MEDICAL TEAMS
Dr. Maria Diaz-Valle, MD, serves as the Medical Director of Smithfield Manor. She received her medical education from the University of Puerto Rico and completed her residency in Family Medicine. She completed a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine with added qualifications in Geriatric Medicine. Her special interested related to geriatric care is to provide compassionate and comprehensive care across a spectrum to the geriatric population while empowering the patient to fully participate in their own heath care to achieve a better quality life. Dr. Diaz and her team provide onsite medical services twice per week, providing optimal outcomes.
